Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Airflow Quality Experts website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

Airflow Quality Experts provides professional HVAC services including, but not limited to:

  • Air duct cleaning and sanitizing
  • Air conditioning repair and maintenance
  • Dryer vent cleaning
  • HVAC system inspections and efficiency optimization

All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
  • Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm your appointment via phone, email, or text message.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Access: You must provide access to the property and work areas. Rescheduling may be necessary if access is not available.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions found during service. Any changes will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • Methods: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.
  • Late Payments: Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and collection action.

4. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days, and we'll make it right. Our guarantee covers workmanship but does not extend to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by improper use or maintenance.

5. Warranty

Labor warranties vary by service type and will be specified on your invoice. Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We will honor all manufacturer warranties and assist with warranty claims as needed.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain comprehensive insurance and take all reasonable precautions:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during service that was not caused by our work
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Customers must notify us of any damage claims within 48 hours of service completion

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and HVAC system
  • Clear work areas and remove obstacles that may impede service
  • Secure pets during service visits
  • Inform us of any known hazards (asbestos, mold, electrical issues, etc.)
  • Follow all maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians

8. Emergency Services

Emergency service is available for urgent A/C failures and may be subject to additional fees depending on the time and day of service. Emergency service rates will be clearly communicated before service begins.

9. Website Use

  • You may not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You may not transmit viruses or malicious code
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • All content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can work toward a resolution. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
